What if you had fire damage and need repair and restoration to a Commercial or Residential building? You may possibly need a board up, contents cleaned and stored.  If it is not a total loss, you would need to remove soot, clean, and deodorize.  

Storm came through with lots of rain and high winds and left water in your finished basement.  Your contents are floating and your small shop vacuum cannot keep up.  The water is wicking up the painted drywall and may have gotten into the insulation.
